Happy Spring!! I hope the change in weather is bringing some sunshine and excitement into your lives. I'm welcoming it with open arms. Since my last newsletter a lot of wonderful changes have happened in my life. Read on to see what things can benefit you and your loved ones. Take Care, Wendy
New Employment
I have taken an offer to be on the faculty teaching staff at The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy. Not only do I have fond memories of getting my certification there, I am now on the other side of the classroom. While I'm training hopefuls to join the massage industry, I am also learning new techniques and being reintroduced to some others that I abandoned back in school. It is a wonderful and challenging opportunity and am thankful for it. Not only is teaching keeping me on my toes, but it also has opened up some new doors for me as well.
New Location
For all of my suburb and west side clients, I have a new location for you!!! I've joined a superb private practice with many of the other instructors and alumni from the Soma Institute. Located right off 90/94, Odgen or Lake St. exits, and the Chicago stop on the Blue line, this is a very accessible area to downtown, Logan Square, Bucktown, and the expressway. I'm currently taking clients Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday by appointment only.

New Certification
I am also in the process of finishing up my certification in Fibromyalgia therapy. If you know of anyone that suffers from this please forward my information to them. This is a treatment program that combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Tender/Trigger point therapy, and Sleep Restoration Therapy.
